Arkansas Cumberland Presbyterians 1812-1984

As the Cumberland Presbyterian Denomination spread following the frontier from its Kentucky and Tennessee roots, it found fertile ground in Arkansas. This volume is a rich tribute to the heritage and collective witness of this denomination from early in the history of the American nation up to 1984. The book is well written and loaded with people, places and dates. An excellent item for the Arkansas genealogist as well as the state and local historian. A nicely produced hardcover volume in dust jacket.
